Non custom items can be shipped back within 10 days of receipt for a refund less any shipping costs involved. The item has to be received in the same new, un-used, condition it was shipped and you must call us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any items being shipped back without an RMA number or not in new condition may be sent back to you at your own expense.
