Can I personalize the chips with initials or Dollar denominations?

You can personalize the chips with either Dollar denominations or up to three initials for an additional fee. You may select to personalize just one side of the chip or both sides. Currently only 11.5 gr Clay Composite chips can be personalized. Please note that you have to select one of the Personalization options from the item page for the personalization fee to be applied.

Can I personalize the chips with a custom logo or name?

Yes. We can have a special die made for any custom logo or name that you wish. You will need to send us the logo in a digital format such as JPG or TIFF. Please call us at 800-792-7872 for details and pricing.

Can I return personalized chips if I don't like them?

No. Once a chip has been personalized for you we cannot cancel the order or accept any returns.

How long does it take to personalize the chips?

Depending on how many personalization orders we already have chip personalization can take anywhere from 2 to 14 days to perform after which the item would ship. We accept requests for a rush order for an additional fee so please call us at 800-792-7872 if you need a rush order.


How long before my order is processed & shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped within 24 to 48 business hours upon approval. Most orders coming in before 1:30 pm EST are processed & shipped the same business day. Please note that busy Holidays may push shipping times back by one day.

What are the available shipping methods?

All orders ship with FedEx except for samples that ship with USPS but can be upgraded to expedited FedEx services. We are located in GA so the only FedEx service available to GA residents is Ground with a delivery time of 1 day after shipping. The following FedEx services are available:

  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Not available to GA
  • FedEx 2Day - Not available to GA
  • FedEx Express Saver - Not available to AK, GA, HI

Please note that some of the listed FedEx services may not be available to certain regions not listed. We are located in GA and you may use FedEx Time In Transit calculator to get an estimated shipping time. You will be asked to enter point of origin ZIP code and that is 30076. Please note that all delivery times are on business days so weekends & holidays are not included. The estimated shipping time given by FedEx is not a guarantee.

How can I track my shippment?

A tracking number will be emailed to the email address given with your order after the order has been processed and shipped. The email will come from FedEx directly. AOL, Hotmail, MSN & Yahoo members please check your Spam/Junk folders as well. If you have lost the tracking number you can track the order by logging in to Your Account. If you do not have your Log-In information you may request the tracking number to be sent to you by E-Mailing us. Please note that samples ship with USPS with no tracking number unless if they were upgraded to an expedited FedEx delivery method.

What are your credit card acceptance policies?

All credit card orders are subject to approval by the issuing bank. Your shipping address can be diffrent from your billing address but the correct billing address must be provided on the order form. We reserve the right to reject certain orders being shipped to an address that is not the billing address of the credit card.

Our server uses 128-Bit security for order taking so all orders coming in will have the best protection offered today.

What is your return policy?

Non custom items can be shipped back within 10 days of receipt for a refund less any shipping costs involved. The item has to be received in the same new, un-used, condition it was shipped and you must call us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any items being shipped back without an RMA number or not in new condition may be sent back to you at your own expense. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs or damages incurred in shipping the item back. You may call us at 1-800-792-7872 M-F 10-5PM EST to get an RMA number.

Are your items guaranteed?

We guarantee the items against any factory defects. If you notice any defects with your item you must call us within 10 days of receipt of the item to arrange for replacement.
